১. শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ
Tawba IT Ltd দ্বারা প্রদত্ত পরিষেবাগুলি অ্যাক্সেস বা ব্যবহার করে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে এবং আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মত হন।
২. ক্রয়-বিক্রয় অনুমোদন:
ক. তওবা আইটি লিমিটেড তার প্ল্যাটফর্মের মাধ্যমে পণ্য বা পরিষেবার ক্রয় এবং বিক্রয় অনুমোদন এবং সুবিধা দেওয়ার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
খ. Tawba IT Ltd-এর মাধ্যমে ক্রয় বা বিক্রয় লেনদেনে জড়িত ব্যবহারকারীরা সমস্ত প্রযোজ্য আইন ও প্রবিধান মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন।
গ. তওবা আইটি লিমিটেড ক্রয়-বিক্রয় কার্যক্রমের জন্য নির্দেশিকা, বিধিনিষেধ বা শর্তাবলী সেট করতে পারে এবং ব্যবহারকারীদের এই ধরনের নির্দেশিকা মেনে চলতে হবে।

ঙ. Tawba IT Ltd, তার বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে, ক্রয়-বিক্রয় লেনদেনের সাথে সম্পর্কিত ফি বা চার্জ আরোপ করতে পারে। এই ধরনের যেকোন ফি ব্যবহারকারীদের আগেই জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

জ. Tawba IT Ltd, নোটিশ ছাড়াই, ক্রয়-বিক্রয় পরিষেবাগুলি বা এই শর্তাবলী বা প্রযোজ্য আইন লঙ্ঘন করে এমন কার্যকলাপে জড়িত ব্যবহারকারীদের অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করতে পারে।
ঝ. তওবা আইটি লিমিটেডের মাধ্যমে ক্রয়-বিক্রয় লেনদেনে জড়িত ব্যবহারকারীরা জড়িত পক্ষগুলির সাথে সরাসরি যেকোনো বিরোধ সমাধান করতে সম্মত হন। Tawba IT Ltd, তার বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে, বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তিতে সহায়তা করতে পারে কিন্তু তা করতে বাধ্য নয়।
৩. ডেলিভারিঃ
গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্ট-ই Tawba IT Ltd এর একমাত্র লক্ষ্য। Tawba IT Ltd কোনো অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতিতে পরিষেবা প্রদান করতে ব্যর্থ হলে, অর্ডার গ্রহণের ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে গ্রাহকদের ইমেল বা ফোনের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে। রিফান্ডের জন্য উল্লিখিত পরিষেবাগুলি প্রদান করা না হলে সর্বোচ্চ ৫ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে ৷
৪. ফেরত নীতিঃ
বিক্রিত সেবা/পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যেতে পারে যদি:
ক. সেবা/পণ্যটি ব্যবহারকারীর প্রয়োজনীয়তা পূরণ না করে।
খ. সেবা/পণ্যের গুণমান এবং পরিমাণ নিয়ে ব্যবহারকারীর সন্দেহ থাকে।
গ. সেবা/পণ্যটি অগ্রহণযোগ্য অবস্থায় কাস্টমারের কাছে পৌঁছায়।
ঘ. কাস্টমার সেবা/পণ্যটিকে অব্যবহারযোগ্য মনে করেন।
৫. পরিষেবা
তওবা আইটি লিমিটেড আইটি এবং সফ্টওয়্যার উন্নয়ন পরিষেবা প্রদান করে। যেমনঃ আমরা ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং, ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্ট, গ্রাফিক ডিজাইন, ব্যবসায়িক সাপোর্ট এবং অন্যান্য ডিজিটাল সেবা সরবরাহ করছি। মূল্য এবং শর্তাবলী সহ পরিষেবাগুলির বিশদ বিবরণ আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে উপলব্ধ।

৮. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি
